Timeframe: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. For perishable goods, issues must be reported immediately after delivery and confirmed with a photo.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used personal care items
- Products damaged due to improper storage after receipt
- Perishable items (like fresh produce) unless spoiled or incorrect on arrival
- Bulk and supplier orders unless otherwise agreed in writing
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please reach out via phone, SMS, or email with your order details, a description of the issue, and (if applicable) a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
4. Resolution Process
If your return or refund is approved:
- Replacement items will be delivered or made available for pick-up at no additional cost
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be settled in cash upon return of the product
